    If you like to try an authentic French bistro in near the Palace of Versailles you must try the Bistro du Boucher. Decent price, delicious gastronomy (not touristic pricing)
    When weather is good, they have a nice outdoor seating.
    restaurant is location few step away from the famous Marche de Versailles
    My favorite are appetizers and main entrees
    smoked salmon
    Escargots au beurre persillé
    poulet sauce normande (creamy sauce with mushroom)
    foie gras
    Pied de cochon au four
    cheese burger with fries
    Andouillette de Troy
    salade de chèvre chaud

    dessert mousse au chocolat, île flottante, salade de fruit, fromage blanc au miel yummy yummy in my tummy

    appetizer / entree / glass of wine / dessert / coffee
    Gosh i wish i can just fly back to enjoy a dinner there again!

    The service was great here. Very hospitable! We ordered the prefix meals and we really enjoyed our food and experience!

    Good regional food in a small we'll run place with excellent service and good prices especially considering the city and immediate area.
    While some of the dishes were a bit off , others were delicious such as the marrow bones and the steak tartar.

    Went in April based on the reviews... very misleading.  You've been warned.  Large portions, service acceptable, but the quality is definitely below par.  The meal we had was prepared like food from a can.

    basic ordinary bistro food, the servings are big enough and the quality of food is great, but dishes were lacking in flavour
